He's a rebellious teenager who is reckless and obnoxious which often leads him to trouble. He often picks on other kids, pulls pranks on grown-ups who get in his way and decorate wall and monuments with graffiti. Despite his revolting disposition, deep down Charlie is a lonely, often neglected latchkey kid who yearns for love and affection.
