The intense heat caused Tien's milk flavored ice lolly to drip sloppily and melt on his chest. The combination of the humid heat and the stickiness of the ice lolly drops made Tien very hard and horny he decided to tease his naïve bestfriend (and secret, long love interest) Chiaotzu. Chiaotzu drops his drink, overwhelmed with such an exhilarating sight. Yeah, he'll be dehydrated with all the blood loss.
