The True Beauty of Hisui WIPs and Confessions
Hello guys! It's been long since I started creating my own art again. Recently, I've only been doing commissioned works and barely had the time to invest on my own art. But this year, I decided to focus on my personal art and that is drawing my favorite characters! Both old favorites and newly discovered favorites.
So while in the middle of working on commissions, the hype of Pokemon Legends: Arceus filled the atmosphere. The last time I rode with the latest Pokemon craze was during the height of the Pokemon Sun and Moon games around August 2016, same as the Guzma and Team Skull hype. I didn't want to spoil myself as I wanted to learn the game's lore once I had my own copy, however I can't contain my curiosity so I scanned through some tweets until I stumbled upon a new hot face: Adaman, leader of the Diamond Clan. (*°▽°*)
I've never seen such a beautifully designed male character in the Pokemon franchise. Usually it's the female characters who always had better or prettier designs while the guys look simple, but comparing to his female rival Irida, Adaman's design and overall appearance caught my eye and when placing these two notable characters side by side, Irida looks plain compared to Adaman's sophisticated, sultry beauty. ☆♥(๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑)♥☆
Ever since I discovered this beautiful diamond gem of a man, I can't resist the urge to sketch him. So I take short breaks every now and then just to draw this hottie and that is how this sketch was born.
Version 1: SFW or Fundoshi version, which I will be posting in my Instagram first.
Version 2: Flaccid version. I rarely draw flaccid dicks, particularly uncut ones. I usually like clean cut dicks but there's a certain appeal to uncut dicks, especially from native/tribal characters or characters from olden times. Since the game's setting is in Hisui (Sinnoh from the past) it makes sense that most men are uncut so Adaman is no exception. I also find his uncut dick to be very sexy.
Version 3: Erect version. Adaman takes pride in his hung uncut dick. Look how proud and charming he is, with a bit of his erotic precum dripping out already. You know he's already horny.
This practice sketch has turned out into an actual artwork I will be creating, that's when I decided to make three variations of this piece.
It was a little challenging to draw him at first. Adaman's overall silhouette projects a slim build, however he appears to have broad shoulders. So it's no brainer that's he's obviously quite muscular too or at least, athletic.
I also had a little trouble with his hair strands. His official art shows him having green and yellow highlights which is unclear to where they all end. I collected some in-game screenshots, did a little study then took liberty in drawing my own interpretation of his hair design. Afterall, I usually draw using my style except for certain characters who have notable prominent features like Guzma and Ramsay.
The Line Art
The part that I least enjoy in creating art is doing the lines. I dunno why, lining is very important but it seems to be the most tedious part of the process, similar to breaking each character's body parts into movable symbols in animation. I did a lot of changes here and there such as fixing his abs, eyes, thighs and enlarging his dick. Lining is where I noticed several errors in my sketch. But once the lines are all clean then I can breathe a little and enjoy the next step which is coloring.
At this moment I'm done with the lines and working on the colors. I stuck with my usual coloring but wanted to do more of what I know I can to improve my style, so I'm doing a lot of experiments in my coloring. I'm excited to finish this artwork and see the outcome. ✧(❀°ꇴ°❀)✧
