This commission took a lot of time to finish, aside from my illness hampering my progress. This scenario was a result of a brainstorm between myself and my client, where Virgil Hawkins (Static) accidentally meets Francis Stone (Hotstreak) in one of the darkest and secluded alleys in Dakota. Unknown to Static, he just landed in a secret gay cruising ground and it appears that Hotstreak was waiting for him. Tien Shinhan's Mega Milkers
